MK Ultra Mind control of the CIA

MK Ultra: Mind control and human trials in Germany - Is there such a thing?

MK Ultra is the name of a top secret research program conducted by the CIA during the Cold War. The US Secret Service used questionable methods to carry out experiments to control people's thoughts and psychologically influence them. The experiments were officially stopped in the 70's - if rumours are believed, especially in the net culture, MK Ultra is still running today. What is it all about?
This is behind hoaxes, fakes and fraud on the Internet.

The net is a real treasure trove for speculations and wild allegations. With the multitude of conspiracy theories - Bilderberg, Chemtrails up to the 3rd World War - it is sometimes difficult to keep track of things, especially since in many cases it is difficult to assess where reality ends and fiction begins. This also applies to the secret MK Ultra test series of the CIA. Officially, the files on this case were closed a long time ago - yet it is still rumored that human experiments continue to take place - even in Germany. Is there anything to it?

MK Ultra: Mind control of the CIA

In contrast to many other conspiracy theories, the assertion that MK Ultra still exists today has at least a halfway solid foundation. In the 60s and 70s of the 20th century, at the height of the Cold War between the USA and the USSR, the CIA actually conducted secret experiments. The aims of the series of experiments today seem partly absurd - at that time numerous victims had to give their lives in the inhuman experiments.

The main goal of MK Ultra was the development of a perfect truth serum to be used against Soviet spies.
The Americans used it to investigate methods used by Soviets, Chinese and Koreans against US soldiers in the Korean War.
MK Ultra was initially launched as the successor to the bioweapons program Operation Artichoke, in which the Americans, with the help of former National Socialists, investigated techniques of mind control.
MK Ultra researched the effects of drugs (especially mind-altering substances such as LSD and mescaline), poisons and chemicals.
In addition, the effects of hypnosis, psychotherapy, electric shocks, gas, artificial concussion or operations on the human psyche were investigated.
Numerous human experiments were carried out within the framework of MK Ultra - many subjects suffered severe physical and mental damage during the experiments - sometimes to the point of death.
MK Ultra violated American laws - in retrospect, the experiments were also judged worthless, as they were usually carried out by unqualified staff.

Video: The history of the CIA

The events surrounding MK Ultra were first clarified in 1975 within the framework of the Rockefeller Commission of Inquiry. The committee appointed by the US President came across inconsistencies in connection with the death of MK Ultra scientist Frank Olson. He had fallen from the ninth floor of a New York hotel after being secretly administered LSD a few days earlier. To this day, the Olson affair is controversial and gives rise to numerous conspiracy theories.

Is MK Ultra also available today?

The existence of MK Ultra is well documented today, even though many files were destroyed in the seventies. The question of whether Mk Ultra still exists today is not so easy to answer. It is well known that the American authorities sometimes use questionable methods in the treatment of prisoners of war - keyword: Guantanamo Bay. It is quite conceivable, and probably even probable in many countries, that methods will continue to be researched of how people can be psychologically influenced and, if in doubt, broken.

Problem: A factual discussion about it is difficult, because MK Ultra today is mainly a combat term occupied by conspiracy theorists. It is on the net, in closed Facebook groups or scene blogs that the wildest allegations emerge. The same pattern can be observed that is known from other conspiracy theories: unproven assertions are placed in the room, freely according to the motto: "It could be so - if you don't believe it, please prove the opposite to me!

With this method one can then trace almost everything back to the evil machinations of MK Ultra: The weakness of US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, the rise of the terrorist group IS, assassination attempts on politicians and well-known personalities. Of course, there is no evidence for all these claims - which of course does not deter the real conspiracy theorist: After all, this is just another proof that the government is covering everything up.

MK Ultra: Mind Control and human trials in Germany?

In addition to the claim that MK Ultra still exists today, there is also the rumour that the CIA with its Mind Control experiments and human experiments is also up to no good in Germany. The historical MK Ultra experiments that actually took place were in part actually carried out in Europe - in some cases even foreign nationals were kidnapped and detained against their will.

There is also no evidence that MK Ultra exists in Germany today - if you see sites on the Internet that claim the opposite, you should be extremely cautious: In many cases these are relevant scene blogs, which represent an extremely one-sided world view and usually do not want to know anything about contrary opinions. The fact that almost exclusively such blogs report about the existence of MK Ultra in Germany should give one more reason to think: If the CIA is really so powerful and can influence world affairs without any major problems, why doesn't the organization manage to take some mediocre web blogs and their operators out of circulation?
